There are so many Disney songs we love to sing out loud, in the shower, the car, and listen to on our walks. If Wheezy can sing, we can sing too! But what Disney songs do you love to sing that maybe you don’t want to admit? Songs that you secretly love and that give you chills, yet you keep private because they are corny, cheesy, or schmaltzy?

Over the years, I have been a guest at numerous Walt Disney World resorts. Lately, some of them have been riding on reputation alone.

I am a big fan of the changes we’ve seen at many of the resorts over the past few years. Interior refurbishments, along with the addition of the Disney Skyliner as an easier way to be transported around to the parks, are huge pluses for me. Several resorts are currently closed, however, with some of those being refurbished both inside and out. Some of the resorts that are currently open are changing soon as well.

Some of my favorite Disney memories stem from simply watching my young children laugh. Disneyland’s Aladdin – A Musical Spectacular’s Genie was comic genius; my son was young and it was his first introduction to stand-up comedy. It was wonderful and fun, and was a cherished moment to watch him experience such laughter and joy.

Some explore the world, and international travel is part of their lives. The original seven wonders of the ancient world have mostly come and gone and new ones have emerged in our modern era. Creations of beauty, designs of technology and mother earth coming together that catch our breath and cause us to gasp in wonder.

Mother’s Day is May 9th, 2021!

A Disney Mother’s Day is often celebrated with a day in the parks. Families eat with mom at Disney Springs or share specialty desserts, enjoying this beautiful day together.

At home, we can buy mom a special Disney item and enjoy a Disney-themed day. Disney+ offers movies where you can find a small handful of fictional moms like Kanga, Eudora, Perdita, and Helen Parr.
